This card was published by Wash. Co. Hist. Society, C/o D. J. Mahuron, Box 284, Salem, Ind. The printer is not named, but the card is numbered K99110 in the stamp box on the back. The photo is credited, "Photo -- Copyright 'Outdoor Indiana' by KEN WILLIAMS." The caption reads:
7 miles southwest of
Salem, Washington County, Indiana
Built in 1808. The mill is powered by the second largest spring in Indiana which originates one mile back in cave. The mill is owned by a sixth generation of the Beck family."
The card was purchased at the Stevens Museum on July 5, 1980. (9/25/1997)
